These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and www.ph365 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the www.ph365 website, mobile applications, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the www.ph365 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of www.ph365, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

www.ph365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or any other government-issued Philippine identification document bearing your photograph and date of birth.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All funds in such an account, including any winnings, will be forfeited. www.ph365 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with Philippine authorities in investigating any such cases.

Each individual may register only one account on www.ph365. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your www.ph365 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your www.ph365 account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying www.ph365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

www.ph365 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from www.ph365 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or require re-verification of identity at any time, at our sole discretion, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

All financial transactions on www.ph365 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other channels as may be added from time to time and displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your www.ph365 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. www.ph365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are as displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.

Anti-Money Laundering: www.ph365 is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

• Deposits made by credit or debit card may be subject to additional verification steps.
• www.ph365 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be fraudulent or made in error.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative fee as disclosed in the account settings.

www.ph365 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all www.ph365 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• www.ph365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only, consistent with the general eligibility requirements of the platform.

www.ph365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, the decision of www.ph365 shall be final.

All games available on www.ph365 — including live dealer games, slots, Plinko, Blackjack MH, Bingo, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

www.ph365 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited during gameplay on www.ph365:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.

Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, bets placed in that round will generally be refunded to the player's account. www.ph365's decision in such matters is final.

• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the www.ph365 platform or its infrastructure.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the www.ph365 platform without prior written consent.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward www.ph365 staff or other players.

www.ph365 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to account suspension, fund forfeiture, and legal proceedings.

All content on the www.ph365 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual materials — is the property of www.ph365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the www.ph365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the www.ph365 platform.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use any www.ph365 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the platform.

Any unauthorised use of www.ph365 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by www.ph365 and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, www.ph365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

www.ph365 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
• Any particular game outcome will meet your expectations.
• The platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components, though we take reasonable steps to ensure this.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of www.ph365 to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your www.ph365 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

www.ph365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, www.ph365 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, where such termination results from a breach of these Terms by you.

You may close your www.ph365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the www.ph365 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact our support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

www.ph365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the www.ph365 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
