www.ph365 is strictly an adult platform. The minimum age to register and use www.ph365 is 21 years old, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

As part of our registration and KYC process, www.ph365 takes active steps to verify the age of all players. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any personal data collected in connection with that account will be deleted, except where retention is required by law for the purpose of investigating the underage registration.
